Praktika is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add details about plans and purchases.
Praktika is an organizer for practitioners. It is not a medical system.
Free plan
Praktika is free to use with up to 3 clients. Archived clients do not count towards this limit.
Premium subscription
Premium removes the client limit and lets you add files to client cards. It costs $7.99 per month, or the equivalent price in your region, charged to your Apple Account when you subscribe.
The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your iPhone Settings: your name → Subscriptions.
Lifetime purchase
The lifetime purchase costs $199.99, or the equivalent price in your region. It is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium permanently for your Apple Account.
When Premium ends
Your data is never deleted. All clients and files stay visible and export keeps working. New sessions can be created only for your first 3 clients, and new clients and files are not available.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the app or use another iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account, open the Premium screen in Praktika and tap Restore Purchases.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
