How do I cancel the subscription?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Praktika.

I bought Premium but it asks me to pay again

Open the Premium screen in Praktika and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it.
