Praktika keeps your practice on your iPhone. There is no account and no server that holds your data.

Data on your device

Clients, sessions, payments and the files you add are stored only on your iPhone, protected by iOS Data Protection. The developer has no access to them.

Device backups

If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, that backup includes the app's data. These backups are managed by you and Apple.

Clinical records

Praktika has no section for clinical records: only administrative notes and the files you add yourself. The app does not read their contents.

Notifications

Notifications are created on your iPhone. Client names never appear in them.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Analytics

The app contains no analytics or advertising and does not track you. If you share diagnostics with app developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide anonymous crash reports.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
